Google loves blogs and the people who will look to you for leadership love them too. It is a central hub where one can seek helpful information and have access to some one who is ‘ in the know ‘.
A blog is your own piece of personal real estate on the big old internet block. You can decorate it and arrange it in a manner that is in line with your personality. Along with social media, this is how people get to know ‘ you ‘.
Why do people need to know you ? Well…everyday we open our email and we are greeted by cyclers, powerlines, gifting programs, business opportunities, investments, and other miscellaneous schemes. As it turns out..about 2% of what we receive might actually be legit and earn us some money.
Wait !! We don’t know these people and they sure aren’t invited over to dinner tonight.
If I am one of the people lucky enough to find and get into a good opportunity, I want to spread the word. The challenge lies in gaining the trust of others and then getting them to check out what you have to offer.
